Job Description
Performs diversified clerical duties including, but not limited to, typing correspondences/forms/papers, receptionist duties, keeping inventory, ordering office supplies, sorting/filing, photocopying, faxing, taking messages, etc.
Job Responsibility
- Performs diversified clerical duties which may include, but are not limited to:
- Typing correspondence, forms, papers, etc.
- Receptionist duties
- Sorting and filing
- Photocopying
- Answering phones, taking messages
- Faxing
- Handling petty cash
- Keeping inventory and ordering of office supplies
- Logging/recording of information
- Distributing and retrieving reports, data, etc.
- Maintaining a variety of records, books, etc.
- Maintaining statistical data/billing reports, etc.
- Miscellaneous duties related to department
- Performs related duties, as required.
Job Qualification
- High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
- Prior clerical experience, required.
- Typing 30 wpm, required.
- Ability to input data to computerized system, required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
