Controller / Accounting Manager Join One of Northern Colorado's Fastest-Growing Automotive Teams
BG Automotive is a locally owned, fast-growing automotive repair company with 6 locations and a reputation built on honesty, legendary customer service, and taking care of both our customers and our employees.
We're looking for an experienced Controller / Accounting Manager who wants more than just closing the books. We're looking for someone who enjoys building systems, improving processes, protecting the company's financial health, and helping leadership make great business decisions.

What You'll Do
You'll own the accounting function for our growing company, including:
- Oversee all day-to-day accounting operations
- Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
- Monitor daily cash position and prepare weekly cash flow forecasts
- Assist leadership with budgeting and financial planning
- Develop and improve accounting systems and internal controls
- Prepare information for CPA and tax filings
- Build dashboards and reports that help our leadership team make informed decisions
- Ensure financial accuracy across multiple locations
- Help create scalable processes as our company continues to grow
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of accounting or controller experience
- Strong understanding of accrual accounting
- Experience managing full-cycle accounting
- Advanced Excel skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- High integrity and strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Experience with multi-location businesses preferred
- Automotive industry experience is a plus—but not required
