Job Summary

Duties
- Support the Administrator in overseeing daily facility operations, including staff scheduling, resident care, and administrative tasks
- Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized care plans
- Manage documentation related to resident records, incident reports, and compliance audits
- Participate in budgeting processes and assist with financial management tasks such as billing and resource allocation
- Foster a positive environment by promoting teamwork, resident engagement activities, and community outreach initiatives
Skills
- Hands on Experience with Title 19.
- Proficient with accounting systems such as Quick Books
- Proven experience in senior living senior or Residential Care environments
- Excellent leadership skills with supervisory experience in senior or group home settings
- Ability to develop and oversee comprehensive care plans tailored to individual needs
- Familiarity with operations management, budgeting, and financial acumen within Residential Care Homes ( RCH)
- Compassionate communication skills for working effectively with residents’ families and multidisciplinary teams

Pay: $43,680.00 - $52,000.00 per year
