About the role
We are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals to join our installation team in the Midland/Odessa area. We partner with Brinks Home Security and have an active sales team in the region generating a consistent pipeline of 10–15 installations per week. You will be dispatched to complete residential alarm system installations for customers who have already signed up — no selling required.
What you'll do
- Install Brinks Home Security alarm systems in residential homes
- Ensure systems are fully operational and walk customers through basic use
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at each job site
- Coordinate with our local team for scheduling and job assignments
Requirements
- Must pass a background check
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Strong attention to detail and basic mechanical/technical aptitude
