What You’ll Be Doing
- Use hand tools, power tools, and other equipment as directed
- Help prep and clean job sites, including removing debris and materials
- Load and unload tools, equipment, and construction materials
- Support concrete finishers and form carpenters as needed
- Assist with general labor tasks to keep the job moving
- Keep the job site clean, organized, and safe at all times
- Follow all safety rules and report anything unsafe immediately
- Report incidents to your foreman, safety team, or supervisor
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ year of construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical work
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable and team-oriented
- Takes safety seriously and follows directions
- Able to work outdoors in varying conditions
