Destination Vacation - a luxury vacation rental company on Hilton Head is looking for a candidate who is interested in an opportunity to be a part of a small, team oriented group of property management professionals.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team member to help create memorable guest experiences and build customer engagement, while also being warm, organized and attentive to detail with every interaction.
Exceeding guest expectations and managing client communications and reservations to ensure each guest enjoys a seamless stay with us from booking through departure will always be our goal.
You would play a vital role on our team, overseeing dialogue with guests and reservations while delivering exceptional hospitality and service.
The ideal candidate would

- have experience in an organization with a high level emphasis on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- possess effective oral and written communication skills
- have strong problem-solving skills
- have exemplary organizational skills and the ability to multi task while efficiently compartmentalizing informatoin.
- show enthusiasm and excitement to learn and know the nuances of each property and homeowner
- have a high level of attention to detail and a willingness to learn how our company operates; this is imperative when beginning the job and requires a strong sense of self-motivation
- enjoy communicating and building relationships with guests in order to create loyal, repeat clients
- be able to work weekends
- have relative familiarity with Google sheets and Microsoft office and exhibit proficient computer skills
- be well versed on Hilton Head Island and the general area
