Job description:
We are seeking a reliable and professional 3rd Shift Security Officer to join our team at a secure, corporate insurance facility in Sheboygan. This role is responsible for maintaining a safe, orderly, and controlled environment for staff, visitors, and the community.
- Conduct security checks and inspections of designated areas
- Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance
- Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Handle conflicts or incidents calmly and effectively, following proper protocols
- Complete accurate and detailed incident reports

Requirements:
- High school diploma required (GED), or security experience
- 2 years associate degree preferred; will consider combination of education and prior experience
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations with composure
- Physical fitness to perform regular patrols up to 8 miles a day and respond quickly if needed
- Must be able to obtain a security license through the state of Wisconsin
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
