With multiple locations and a high volume of insurance-driven work, we are seeking experienced positions and managers to lead daily operations, drive efficiency, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Position Overview
We are seeking experienced leaders to oversee and optimize day-to-day restoration operations, water damage dry-out is the majority of the business, including xactimate estimating, production, mitigation, reconstruction, and administrative support. These management roles are responsible for ensuring projects run efficiently, profitably, and in line with company and insurance standards.
Ideal candidates have strong leadership skills and hands-on restoration experience—including estimating and project management. They must be organized, process-driven, and able to manage teams in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations for restoration projects from intake through closeout
- Manage and support xactimate estimating, project management, mitigation, EMS, and field teams
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards
- Monitor KPIs including cycle time, job profitability, supplements, and collections
- Enforce documentation standards, and estimating accuracy
- Collaborate with leadership on staffing, workflow planning, and operational strategy
- Resolve operational issues, escalations, and client concerns
- Coordinate with insurance adjusters
- Support training, performance management, and process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in restoration water damage, project management, or leadership
- Strong understanding of water, fire, mold, xactimate, mitigation, and reconstruction workflows
- Knowledge of difference between insurance claim processes
- Experience managing teams across multiple jobs and locations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with restoration and operations software (Xactimate, CRMs, job tracking systems)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate, Xcelerate, Docusketch, Monday.com
- IICRC Certifications (WRT, FSRT, AMRT, ASD) a plus
- Marketing and lead generation and maintain business relationships
- Experience working with customer relations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Pay: $7,000.00 - $15,000.00 per month
