Job Summary

Duties
- Assist with cleaning and maintaining various areas within the power plant, including turbines, boilers, and auxiliary equipment
- Follow safety procedures and use personal protective equipment (PPE) diligently during all tasks
- Support the preparation of cleaning supplies and equipment for daily operations
- Participate in routine inspections to identify potential safety hazards or equipment issues
- Learn proper techniques for industrial cleaning, including high-pressure washing, chemical handling, and debris removal
- Collaborate with team members to complete assigned tasks efficiently and effectively
- Document work activities and report any safety concerns or operational issues to supervisors promptly

- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines accurately
- Good physical stamina and ability to perform manual tasks in a demanding environment

- Nice-to-have: prior experience in industrial or maintenance environments, familiarity with power plant operations, or technical certifications related to safety or equipment handling
- Must be able to travel (sometimes for extended periods of time).
- Must be able to work at heights exceeding 100' on a safety guarded metal grate.
- Must be able to maintain alertness for a 12-hr shift.
- Work in confined spaces.
- Capable of working indoors and outdoors in temperature variable environments.
