Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and hardworking Night Porter to help maintain the cleanliness and appearance of our facility during afternoon and evening hours. The ideal candidate takes pride in keeping spaces clean, is self-motivated, and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize restrooms throughout the shift
- Vacuum carpets and rugs in common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Wipe down surfaces, doors, and high-touch areas
- Restock restroom supplies as needed
- Sweep and mop designated areas
- Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
- Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and presentable before closing
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and stay on task
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic
