We're Hiring: Experienced Veterinary Receptionist
Hopewell Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our fast-paced, compassionate team! If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy helping people and their pets, and have excellent customer service skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Position Details:
- Full-time
- Four 10-hour shifts per week
- Rotating Saturdays
- Competitive pay based on experience
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering a high volume of phone calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Responding to emails and client inquiries
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Assisting with general cleaning and keeping the reception area organized
- Working closely with doctors and staff to ensure a smooth workflow
