Are you a project leader who thrives on delivering complex construction projects on time, on budget, and to the highest standards? Do you excel at driving results across the full project lifecycle—while balancing scope, cost, quality, and stakeholder expectations?
We are seeking a results-driven Construction Project Manager to lead construction and renovation projects across our branch real estate portfolio. This role is responsible for managing the full project lifecycle—from planning through execution, monitoring & controlling, and closeout—ensuring delivery aligns with defined scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk objectives.
You will serve as the central point of accountability, coordinating cross-functional teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality built environments that meet business, operational, and regulatory requirements.
What You Will Do:-
Lead end-to-end project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and closeout

Manage scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery

Serve as primary contact for stakeholders; lead meetings and provide status reporting

Oversee contractors, vendors, procurement, and contract compliance
-
Coordinate construction activities, ensuring quality, safety, and design alignment
-
Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring regulatory and safety compliance
-
Track financial performance, approve invoices, and manage change orders

Drive project closeout, including final inspections and lessons learned to drive continued improvement
Required Qualifications-
5+ years of experience managing commercial construction or renovation projects

Strong knowledge of construction project lifecycle, methodologies, and project management principles

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
-
Experience with contract administration, procurement, and vendor management

Working knowledge of building codes, permitting processes, and safety regulations
Preferred Qualifications-
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent strongly preferred

Certifications such as CCM, OSHA, or LEED are a plus

Experience in corporate real estate, workplace, or enterprise environments

Experience using construction/project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore, BIM tools)
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office four days per week
