Job description
Milestone Realty is a rapidly growing Pittsburgh company offering
residential property management services, and looking to expand our
maintenance team. We're looking for positive, team oriented folks
with construction skills and a keen eye for detail and quality, who are ready for a

Team members will assist with property turnovers, and routine general
maintenance including but not limited to;
Painting,
General Repairs,
Lock Changes,
Routine and Emergency Maintenance,
Property Improvements (kitchen and bathroom updates, flooring
replacement),
and inspections.
Days are 8 hours between 7:30AM - 6PM with some flexibility and will include
occasional mandatory rotation for on-call emergency maintenance 1 week per
month and overtime paid during those times (double time for Holidays).
Experienced candidates will have the opportunity to move into supervisory
positions, and may be eligible for a company vehicle.
The ideal candidate has some or all of the following skills AND a strong interest
in learning new skills and techniques:
Interior Finish,
Painting & Prep,
Drywall Installation and Finish,
Interior Trim Work,
Kitchen Design,
Cabinet & Countertop Installation,
Basic Residential Wiring and Electric,
Basic Residential Plumbing,
Diagnosis and Remediation of Moisture Infiltration (gutter overflows, grading,
etc.),
Exterior Finish ability,
Residential Masonry Knowledge,
Roofing Repairs,
Wall Framing,
Thermal Protection.
Basic Computer and Handheld Device Skills are mandatory. Technicians must
work 1 week of 24/7 emergency maintenance "on-call" every month-and-a-half.
Overtime is available. You must start out using your own vehicle however we
reimburse for mileage. After 6 months you will be eligible for a company vehicle
with gas and repairs covered by the company.
