What You’ll Do
As a Equipment Operator, you’ll work under the direct supervision of skilled professionals and gain experience on a variety of different job types & equipment.
Daily tasks may include:
- Operate a variety of equipment (Such as skid steers, excavators, & bulldozers) to help achieve project goals
- Daily routine equipment maintenance
- Assist other team members onsite as needed with a range of labor-oriented tasks

- $22–$32 per hour, based on experience - Weekly direct deposit pay schedule

What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years experience operating basic equipment
- Skid Steer, excavators, bulldozers, ect
- Class A CDL preferred but not required (Sign on Bonus Available!)
- Reliable transportation to & from job sites all around the Austin/San Antonio area
- Great attitude and strong work ethic
- Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
- Eager to learn and grow within the trades
- Able to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor safely
- Experience using basic tools & taking measurements

Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
- Stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
- Good manual dexterity and coordination
- Stamina to perform consistent, hands-on work
