Duties
- Greet guests warmly and assist with their vehicle needs upon arrival and departure
- Safely operate vehicles with parking regulations
- Park, retrieve, and deliver vehicles efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety and care
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring a positive experience
- Assist with vehicle needs as required
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the parking area and service lanes
Qualifications
- Prior experience in guest services, hospitality, or dealership environments is preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
