Conti LLC is a trusted leader in heavy civil and infrastructure construction, delivering complex projects nationwide. We are seeking an experienced Crane & Heavy Equipment Operator to support drilled shaft and foundation operations on projects across multiple locations.

Operate cranes in support of drilled shaft installation and heavy lifting operations

Operate additional heavy equipment as needed, including:

Excavators
-
Skid steers
-
Backhoes
-
Water trucks
-
Safely rig and lift materials in coordination with ground crews and supervisors

Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance

Follow lift plans, site safety protocols, and OSHA regulations
-
Work collaboratively with crew members and site supervision

Perform work during night shifts and in varying weather conditions as required

License: Valid CDL Class A (required); tanker endorsement preferred

Certification: NCCCO/OSHA crane certification (required)

Experience: Proven crane and heavy equipment operating experience on civil or foundation projects

Travel: Willingness to travel regularly for out-of-town work

Work Environment: Ability to work outdoors year-round and during night shifts

Teamwork: Strong communication skills and ability to follow direction

Additional hourly pay for crane certification
