Perform nursing assessments and develop individualized care plans.
Administer medications, IV fluids, and monitor patients.

Document patient care accurately in Cerner (transitioning to Epic).
Participate in emergency care using safe and precise techniques.
Maintain unit cleanliness, safety, and proper equipment operation.
Comply with all regulatory and hospital standards, including TJC and CMS.
