Compensation & Benefits
- Earning potential: $250,000–$350,000+ (Production-based compensation percentage)

Candidate Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Eligible for South Carolina dental licensure
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Team-oriented and growth-minded
- Interest in comprehensive dentistry and long-term patient relationships
- Experience with implants, oral surgery, or endodontics is a plus but not required
- Open to new graduates
