Complete Well Service is seeking an experienced Diesel Mechanic / Service Truck Operator to perform field repairs and maintenance on a variety of heavy equipment and trucks.
This is a field-based position operating a fully equipped service truck. The ideal candidate is dependable, can diagnose issues quickly, and keeps equipment running with minimal downtime.
Responsibilities:
- Operate a fully equipped service truck for on-site repairs
- Diagnose and repair:
- Diesel engines
- Hydraulic systems
- Electrical systems
- Drivetrains and braking systems

- Perform maintenance and repairs on:
- Heavy equipment (dozers, excavators, skid steers, loaders)
- Trucks and trailers
- Support equipment and attachments

- Welding, torching, and light fabrication as needed
- Respond to breakdowns and complete repairs in the field
- Maintain service truck, tools, and parts inventory
- Communicate repairs and needs with management
Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a diesel mechanic (preferred)
- Strong knowledge of hydraulics, engines, and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot independently in the field
- Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required)
- Strong work ethic and reliability (must show up and get the job done)
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions

Schedule:
- Monday–Friday + occasional weekends
- On-call availability as needed
