Hart Home Comfort has been family owned and operated for 47 years. We are in an exciting period of growth, and we are currently seeking an Installation Manager.
The successful candidate will oversee the scheduling, labor, materials, and quality control of residential or commercial installation projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to code. They will also lead field crews and contractors, act as a client liaison, and troubleshoot technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning & Management: Create installation schedules, prioritize tasks, and monitor project milestones to ensure timely, high-quality completion.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, and schedule installers, technicians, or subcontractors.
- Quality & Safety Assurance:
- Order parts for all installations
Conduct job site visits if needed
- Operations Coordination: Manage inventory, material handling, and logistics for equipment or products.
- Customer Service: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years of HVAC experience. This should include oil, natural gas, and air conditioning (mini-splits and central air)
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of installation procedures, relevant codes, and materials.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for managing teams and client relations.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and schedules simultaneously.
- Tools: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and windows-based programs
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
