ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Able to follow instructions/directions from the supervisor / management.
- This is a hands-on position, NOT a supervisory position.
- Daily work orders.
- Painting-ready apartments, which may include painting, general repairs and any necessary duties to provide our residents with a quality move in experience.
- Has a happy and professional attitude.
- Has knowledge of maintenance functions such as basic plumbing, basic electrical, general carpentry skills, and painting.
- Basic knowledgeable of apartment repairs, construction, and home remodeling.
- Performs duties in a timely manner.
- Punctuality.
QUALIFICATIONS
Experienced maintenance person (experience 1 year minimum).
Multiple locations sites (in a 4 miles radius), gas money reimbursed.
Work with a respectful and courteous manner. Complete a background check and have valid driver's license in good standing.
Professional references (after or at the) interview.
