Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a remote role to join our growing team. This is a 100% commission based role with upfront and residual income. Qualifications
- Experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales roles with a focus on technology or software solutions
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage prospects, overcome objections, and successfully open conversations that lead to qualified appointments.
- Excellent verbal skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly
- Familiarity with CRM and Phone Systems
- Knowledge of technical sales processes and business development strategies
- Ability to conduct outbound calling campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Comfortable with %100 commission based structure (Includes upfront and residual income)
