Pay & Earnings
Our movers consistently earn $22–$27+/hour including tips and bonuses.
Base Pay
- Movers: $14/hr starting
- Drivers: $16–$20/hr starting
Tips
Bonuses
- Weekly performance bonuses
- Additional cash incentives
- Overtime available (time-and-a-half)
Summer Bonus
- Up to $1,500 bonus for employees hired between June 1 - June 30th, 2026
Many movers become drivers within 4–6 weeks through our in-house driving training program.

Growth Opportunities

Employees who continue after Labor Day receive automatic pay increases:
- Movers: $15/hr
- Drivers: $18–$20+/hr

Job Requirements
We're looking for people who:
- Are friendly and great with customers
- Enjoy working with a team
- Can lift and carry up to 150 lbs
- Have a strong work ethic
- Have weekday or weekend availability
No moving experience required — we provide a full training program.
Customer service experience or manual labor experience is helpful, but not required.
Location
We operate throughout Madison, Waukesha, Glendale, and Milwaukee WI.
Reliable transportation is helpful, but carpooling with other employees is often available.
