Responsibilities:
- Electrical knowledge preferred to assist customers in determining the correct item for their electrical application
- Accurately search electrical products using store computer software to accurately determine correct item and bill appropriate customer account
- Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
-Handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Knowledge of electrical products and ability to explain features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store objectives
Requirements:
- Electrical knowledge a plus.
- Must the clean and neat in appearance
- Ability to learn about new electrical products and explain to customers
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
-Basic computer and email skills required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
-Will train the right individual with a sharp memory and good communication skills with a desire and ability to learn more about the electrical industry.
