Join Our Team as a Behavior Technician for Autism Intervention!
Are you passionate about making a meaningful impact on the lives of children with autism and other neurological and developmental delays? We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians to provide clinic-based intervention services.
Position: Behavior Technician
Responsibilities:
- Conduct 1:1 sessions with children diagnosed with autism.
- Implement individualized programs designed to address specific needs and characteristics of each child.
- Focus on the development of social skills, play skills, language skills, attention skills, and self-help skills.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure the effective implementation of intervention plans.
- Assist in demonstrating skills and techniques to parents as part of the parent training program.
- Contribute to the transfer of knowledge, empowering parents to support their child's development.
Qualifications:
- RBT certificate
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience working with children with autism or developmental delays is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Compassionate and patient with a genuine interest in helping children thrive.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
