We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Window Cleaning Technician to oversee and execute high-quality window cleaning services for commercial and residential properties. In this role, you will ensuring safety, efficiency, and exceptional results on every project. Your expertise in cleaning techniques, equipment operation, and team coordination will drive customer satisfaction and uphold our reputation for excellence. Duties
- Operate window cleaning technicians, assigning daily tasks and monitoring performance to ensure high standards of quality and safety.
- Operate specialized cleaning equipment such as squeegees, extension poles, pressure washing machinery, and ladders to access hard-to-reach windows safely and efficiently.
- Conduct commercial cleaning of windows on various building types.
- Train team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment handling to promote a safe work environment.
- Perform quality inspections on completed work to ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to company standards.
- Maintain all cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring proper storage and routine maintenance for optimal performance.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on job progress.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial roles with a focus on window or building exterior cleaning.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team efficiently and motivate others.
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to working at heights.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering streak-free, spotless results.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety protocols.
- Prior custodial or janitorial experience is highly desirable, but not required.
