About the Role
Frankie Fresh Burritos & Bowls is looking for an experienced, dependable Restaurant Manager to lead our team and help maintain the high standards our guests expect. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coaching a team while delivering outstanding customer service.
We’re a locally owned restaurant that values accountability, professionalism, and creating a positive work environment where everyone contributes.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth shifts
- Supervise, coach, and develop crew members
- Maintain exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns
- Open and close the restaurant independently
- Delegate tasks and hold team members accountable
- Ensure food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are consistently met
- Monitor inventory and communicate ordering needs
- Train new employees and reinforce company policies
- Maintain labor goals while supporting efficient operations
- Foster a positive, team-oriented workplace culture
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant management experience required
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable with excellent attendance and punctuality
- Ability to motivate a team while leading by example
- Comfortable making decisions independently
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
