Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor – 1st & 2nd shifts
Location: Denison, Iowa
Salary: $80K – 100K plus bonus
Job Summary of the Maintenance Supervisor - 1st & 2nd shifts: Seeking a talented Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of critical equipment at our Denison, Iowa facility. The ideal candidate will lead teams to ensure smooth operations, increase production efficiency, and maintain the facility at optimal levels.
Job Duties & Responsibilities of the Maintenance Supervisor - 1st & 2nd shifts:
- Lead Maintenance Mechanics and Electricians in predictive and preventative maintenance, as well as machine repairs.
- Provide training on work methods and safety procedures.
- Supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation.
- Schedule maintenance collaboratively with Production team.
- Implement maintenance systems for optimal performance.
- Provide long-term solutions and day-to-day support for troubleshooting and equipment failures.
- Monitor and report on maintenance performance.
Education & Experience Requirements of the Maintenance Supervisor – 1st & 2nd shifts:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field with 2+ years of experience, or equivalent.
- Experience in leadership and problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Flexibility for long hours and weekend work.
- Technical skills in various fields are a plus.
- Resource planning experience in manufacturing, preferred.
- Knowledge of maintenance systems and software, preferred.
- Strong leadership and planning skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented individual.
- Preferred bilingual candidate.
