As a Server, you’re not just delivering dishes and drinks; you’re creating moments that elevate the dining experience. Your mission is to seamlessly connect our kitchen with our guests, ensuring that every plate is a masterpiece, every meal is a celebration, and every guest feels special.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute with Precision: Master our menu offerings, delivering each dish with accuracy and attention to detail. Your commitment to quality ensures that every plate reflects our culinary excellence.
- Uphold Excellence: Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization. Every dish must arrive at the table in pristine condition because we believe every meal deserves to shine.
- Engage and Inspire: Connect with guests as you deliver their meals. Share the story behind each dish and foster a love for the flavors we craft, turning every dining experience into a memorable occasion.
- Streamline Operations: Ensure the dining area and kitchen run like a finely tuned engine. In the bustling world of hospitality, your ability to anticipate needs and move efficiently is crucial to our success.
- Be Chill but Don't Chill: Just Because the guest order using QR doesn't mean they don't get the same experience as a traditional restaurant.
- Maintain and Recover: always remove empty glasses, plates, and trash from tables. Make sure to interact with guests and see if they have questions or need anything else.
- Upsell, upsell, upsell: Let guests know about our to go beers, drinks & to go food.
- Maintain Equipment and Fixtures: Clean, Clean, Clean, Maintain, Maintain, Maintain. This is so important I am saying it three times. Take care of our restaurant. It is our home away from home.

- Deep knowledge of our food menu, drink recipes, beer styles, and brewing techniques, coupled with an insatiable curiosity for innovation.
