We are looking for an entry-level Agency Recruiter who is responsible for managing full‑cycle recruiting efforts for Atrium’s Administrative Support Talent Solutions division. The Recruiter will successfully match Administrative professionals with temporary opportunities while building strong relationships with candidates and internal partners.
Responsibilities:
As an Agency Recruiter, you will manage the end‑to‑end recruiting life cycle and play an integral role in delivering talent solutions to clients.
Manage full‑cycle recruiting for temporary Administrative positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and reference checks
Conduct behavioral‑based, in‑person and virtual interviews to assess candidate qualifications, motivation, and fit
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
Source active and passive candidates through job postings, online job boards, networking events, referrals, and social media platforms
Candidate & Client Partnership
Market Intelligence & Continuous Improvement
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of professional work experience; Business‑to‑Business staffing, recruiting, or sales experience preferred

Compensation:
This role offers a base salary between $55,000-$60,000, plus uncapped commission, providing the opportunity for unlimited earning potential.
