Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Social Worker (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality mental health services to children ages 3-21. This role involves direct support, counseling, and the implementation of therapeutic interventions in both clinic settings and through telehealth platforms. The LMHC/LMSW will work collaboratively with patients, their families, and providers to promote mental wellness and resilience.
Responsibilites:
- Conduct individual, group, and family therapy sessions for patients and their family, focusing on behavioral health issues such as depression, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, autism, and anger management.
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based intervention techniques such as CBT, DBT, behavioral activation and PST.
- Provide direct support to clients with disabilities, ensuring their needs are met in a compassionate manner.
- Utilize coding for accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, coordinate with school and family members to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all client interactions.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance counseling skills.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- Valid LMHC/LMSW/LCSW licensure in the state of New York
- Experience working with children
- Proficiency in evidence-based intervention is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing empathetic care to patients facing mental health challenges
- Must speak English and Mandarin, Cantonese a plus

Pay: $31.00 - $50.00 per hour
