Position Summary:
Barrett Trailers is seeking skilled Aluminum MIG Welders to join our team. Ideal candidates will have previous experience welding aluminum in a manufacturing or fabrication environment. Pay is based on experience and performance on a weld test.
Schedule:
Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Fridays as needed for overtime

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality aluminum welding on trailer components
- Read and interpret tape measures, blueprints, and fabrication drawings
- Ensure proper fit-up and alignment of parts before welding
- Inspect welds for accuracy and quality
- Work safely and efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced production environment
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Prior aluminum welding experience is required
- Ability to consistently produce strong, clean welds
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic fabrication equipment
- Must be dependable and have strong attendance
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
