Earning Potential: $150,000 – $250,000+ Annually
We are looking for a proven in-home or outside sales professional to sell residential heating and air conditioning systems.
This position is designed for a high-performing salesperson with the ability to produce $3,000,000 in annual sales. HVAC experience is preferred, but we will train the right sales professional on our products, process, and industry.
Candidates should be prepared to verify previous sales success through documented results, rankings, references, or other proof of performance.

Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to present heating and air conditioning system options
- Sell residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
- Follow up with company-provided leads and self-generated opportunities
- Build trust with customers and recommend the right comfort solutions
- Maintain an organized sales pipeline
- Work toward annual sales production of $3,000,000
Requirements
- Proven outside sales, in-home sales, or high-ticket sales experience
- Ability to verify past sales success
- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
- Self-motivated, professional, and dependable
- Comfortable meeting with homeowners in their homes
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- HVAC experience preferred, but not required for the right candidate
