As a Remote Life Benefits Advisor, you spend your day on the phone with families who already asked about coverage. You walk them through their options, answer what they want to know, and help them put a plan in place that protects the people they care about.

What You'll Do
- Talk with families who requested details about protecting their household
- Explain each coverage option in language anyone can follow
- Match every household to a plan that suits their budget
- Walk callers through enrollment from the first question to the last
- Log notes and callbacks in one place so nothing slips
- Return messages promptly so waiting families are not left hanging
