We are seeking dedicated PRN Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our home health team for covering CEDAR HILL, GRAND PRAIRIE, Desto , Duncanville ,Lancaster, Glenn heights,TX
As a key member of our team, you will provide compassionate, skilled care while ensuring timely documentation and excellent communication.

Experience Required: Nursing: 1 year

License/Certification Requirements:
- BLS Certification (Required)
- RN License (Required)
- Drivers's License (Required)
- Social Security Number
- Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas
- Degree in Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Exceptional documentation and communication skills
- Proficient in Oasis documentation
- Minimum of 1 year of home health experience
- Outgoing, driven, and patient-oriented personality
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize the Kinnser EMR system for daily documentation and care management
- Provide compassionate, skilled care and make sound decisions
- Admit new patients and coordinate with nurses/doctors/hospital.
- Carry out physician orders effectively including wound care, IV therapy and Ostomy/Urology care.
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation
- Maintain clear communication with patients, physicians, home health agencies, and the main office
