We are seeking a reliable and hands-on Salvage Technician to join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting, dismantling, and recovering usable parts from equipment or vehicles while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Inspect incoming equipment/vehicles for salvageable components

Safely dismantle and remove parts using hand and power tools

Sort, tag, and inventory recovered parts

Dispose of non-reusable materials in accordance with regulations

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Assist with loading/unloading and moving materials as needed
Qualifications:

Mechanical aptitude and basic tool knowledge required

Previous salvage, automotive, or equipment experience preferred

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physically demanding environment

Strong attention to detail and safety awareness

Dependable with a solid work ethic
