Position Summary
First Choice Global Sales & Merchandising is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented E-Commerce Specialist to support our warehouse e-commerce operations. This entry-level position is responsible for processing online orders, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring customers receive their orders on time and accurately. The ideal candidate enjoys working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, has basic computer skills, and is committed to providing excellent service.
Essential Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill online customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
- Track online orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and report inventory discrepancies.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
- Update inventory information in the company's e-commerce and warehouse management systems.
- Work closely with Customer Service and Operations to resolve order issues.
- Report website or order processing issues to the appropriate team.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, retail, or order fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
- Ability to learn e-commerce and warehouse management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Dependable with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment after training, if required.
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
