Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include:
Create exceptional first and last impressions for every client and pet
Build lasting relationships through compassionate communication and genuine hospitality
Schedule appointments and coordinate patient care efficiently
Answer phones, emails, and text messages with professionalism and empathy
Educate clients about preventive care, pet health, financing options, and our services
Process invoices, payments, and medical records accurately
Collaborate closely with veterinarians, technicians, assistants, boarding, and grooming teams
Help keep the hospital running smoothly through organization, teamwork, and attention to detail
Support a positive, welcoming environment for clients, pets, and teammates
Friendly, compassionate, and genuinely enjoys helping people
Calm under pressure and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Organized and detail-oriented
A strong communicator with excellent phone and interpersonal skills
Comfortable learning new technology and software
Reliable, accountable, and eager to grow
A collaborative team player who enjoys making those around them better
Veterinary, medical, dental, or healthcare experience
Reception or hospitality experience
Experience with ezyVet or other veterinary software
Knowledge of veterinary terminology
Starting at $17/hour, with higher compensation based on experience, skills, and qualifications.
