Tyburn Railroad, LLC seeks hard working dependable candidate(s) for the transfer of dry bulk and bulk liquid products. The responsibility of the position is to safely and efficiently transfer products from rail to truck. The position involves connection/disconnection hoses, monitoring inventory levels, recording temperatures and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work station. The candidate will assist in general maintenance and clean up of the railyard and work area. Our employees work outdoors in all weather conditions and take daily direction to perform the required tasks that contribute to the team's success. Safety is our top priority so a safety conscious attitude is a must! Experience is a plus but not required, and paid on-the-job training is available.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Good mechanical aptitude and problem solving skills.
Intermediate math and written skills.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Need to be a proactive thinker and multi-task.
Self Starter with analytical and forward thinking skills.
Ability to schedule, plan ahead and execute plan daily.
Troubleshoot and repair issues as they arise.
Maintain daily, weekly, monthly logs and inventory.
Punctual and reliable in attendance and duties.
Cover emergencies and occasional overtime as needed.
