We’re currently seeking LPN's to join our growing team of dedicated home health professionals across Colorado.
Role Description:
We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Professional Nurse (LPN) to join our team for a prn, part-time, and full-time for our clients in the Denver Metro area including Aurora, Brighton, and Commerce City. Our team members provide one-on-one care to our patients while improving their quality of life. We strive to maintain work/life balance and offer flexible schedules to our employees. The successful candidate will work closely with various patients in their home environment, performing various nursing tasks such as administering medications, med box fill, wound care, tube feedings, monitoring vital signs, assessing the patient's medical condition, etc. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
- Current Colorado LPN license
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Excellent assessment and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Previous home care experience preferred
- Willingness to travel
- Drivers License
Ability to Commute:
- Aurora, CO 80014, Denver and surrounding areas (Required)
