Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products tailored to their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on product features, effects, consumption methods, and proper usage through engaging product demos
- Manage retail sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including cash handling and credit card processing
- Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure products are stocked, rotated, and presented attractively
- Conduct inventory checks, stock replenishment, and assist with product ordering to keep shelves well-stocked
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions via in-store interactions or over the phone with professional etiquette
- Assist with supervising staff or training new team members as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment
Skills
- Proficiency with POS systems and retail sales transactions
- Previous supervising or leadership experience in retail or hospitality settings
- Ability to conduct engaging product demos confidently and clearly explain product benefits
- Bilingual skills are a plus to serve diverse customer bases effectively
- Excellent phone etiquette combined with strong communication skills for both in-person and remote interactions
- Skilled in upselling techniques to maximize sales while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and retail math for accurate inventory management
- Experience with cashiering, cash handling, and basic math skills for daily operations
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries professionally and courteously
- Prior grocery store or retail experience is advantageous for understanding fast-paced environments
