Seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse Worker to join our food manufacturing
team. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, forklift certification, and a
strong commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. This position plays a key role in
maintaining efficient product flow, inventory accuracy, and compliance with food safety
standards.

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment safely and

efficiently.

Load and unload raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished goods from trucks and

production lines.

Accurately pick, stage, and ship orders according to production and customer schedules.

Perform regular inventory counts and maintain organized, clean storage areas.

Follow all food safety, quality assurance, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)

requirements.

Ensure all incoming and outgoing products meet company and regulatory standards

(FIFO rotation, temperature control, labeling).

Complete and maintain shipping/receiving documentation and warehouse logs.

Collaborate with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

Report equipment issues, damaged goods, or safety concerns promptly.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Valid forklift certification and demonstrated experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.

1–2 years of warehouse experience preferred; food industry experience is a plus.

Basic computer skills (inventory systems, scanners, or ERP software).

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in temperature-controlled or cold environments.

Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.

Must be dependable and able to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.

Food manufacturing and warehouse setting; may involve exposure to cold, wet, or noisy environments.

Personal protective equipment (PPE) required.
