- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients

Collaborate with physician teams to develop treatment plans

Conduct physical exams and assess patient conditions

Implement and monitor treatment plans and outcomes

Document patient care activities in accordance with regulations

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Educate patients and families on health management

Participate in case discussions and contribute to patient care decisions
- Valid Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license

2+ years of experience in critical care or related field

Strong clinical skills and knowledge of critical care protocols

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems

Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork

Current certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Schedule: 7p-7a, 3-5 shifts in a row
7-bed closed ICU
Patient Volume: 5-7 per shift
Duties: Central lines, arterial lines, vent management, admissions, and ED consults
No intubations required
EMR: Epic
Must be board-certified
