Pay rates: Concrete Laborers: $18–$22 per hour Concrete Finishers: $25–$28 per hour Responsibilities may include: Preparing jobsites and concrete forms Pouring, spreading, leveling, and finishing concrete Moving tools, materials, and equipment Assisting during concrete pours Cleaning and maintaining the work area Following jobsite safety procedures
Requirements: Previous concrete or construction experience preferred Finishers must have concrete finishing experience Reliable transportation Dependable attendance Ability to work outdoors and perform physical labor Most crews begin around 7:00 AM.
