Experience: 10+ years
Leads multi-crew field operations with accountability for safety, schedule, manpower, and labor cost.

Oversee multiple foremen and crews

Control field sequencing and manpower planning

Coordinate with PMs, inspectors, and clients

Enforce company standards across sites

Negotiable (Hourly + Overtime)

Develops at least one Foreman into Superintendentready role
