Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform minor and major repairs on diesel trucks, trailers, and fleet vehicles according to factory and industry standards.
- Complete preventative maintenance services, including inspections, tire rotations, oil changes, and general upkeep.
- Diagnose mechanical malfunctions and collaborate with the repair team to plan and execute repairs.
- Inspect fleet vehicles to ensure DOT compliance, including brake systems and safety checks.
- Maintain accurate repair, maintenance, and daily reporting records.
- Monitor parts, equipment, and supply inventory levels.
- Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with company, DOT, and OSHA safety regulations.
Requirements
- 2+ years of heavy-duty fleet maintenance experience
- Familiarity with air brake systems, hydraulics, engines, suspension, preventative maintenance, HVAC, electrical, and CNG systems
- Ability to read and understand technical manuals and repair documentation
- Experience with Microsoft applications and diagnostic software
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable, professional, and dependable work ethic
- Welding and body fabrication experience

Compensation:
- $26.00 – $30.00/hour starting pay based on experience and qualifications.
- $200 quarterly tool allowance.

- 1st and 2nd shift available
- 1st shift: 4:30 AM - 2:00 PM
