From NFL Sunday Ticket to weekend brunch and private parties, we’re known for a lively, guest-first atmosphere where scratch-made food meets a high-energy sports bar vibe. To keep our service running smoothly, we’re looking for a detail-oriented Expeditor (Expo) to act as the link between the kitchen and front-of-house team.
As an Expeditor, you’ll be responsible for ensuring every dish leaving the kitchen is accurate, hot, and perfectly presented. Responsibilities include:
Checking each plate for accuracy, presentation, and quality before it reaches the guest
Communicating clearly with cooks, servers, and runners to keep food flowing efficiently
Coordinating ticket times and managing the flow of orders during peak rushes
Garnishing and finalizing plates to match restaurant standards
Organizing food on trays for runners and assisting with table delivery when needed
Supporting the kitchen and FOH team to ensure smooth, timely service
Helping maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo line and pass-through window
