Sous Chef (2 Openings) – Modern Italian Restaurant | Tampa, FL
We are seeking two experienced Sous Chefs to join one of Tampa's premier modern Italian restaurant concepts, known for exceptional hospitality and an energetic, high-volume dining experience.
This is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside a talented Executive Chef in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment where quality, teamwork, and guest experience are the top priorities.
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000

What You'll Do
- Assist the Executive Chef with the daily culinary operations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing kitchen team.
- Ensure consistent execution of food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Maintain food safety, sanitation, and labor standards.
- Help manage inventory, ordering, scheduling, and cost controls.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment serving nearly 1,000 covers daily!
Qualifications
- Strong Italian cuisine experience is required.
- High-volume restaurant experience is required.
- Proven leadership experience managing kitchen teams.
- Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills.
- Passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
