RehabVisions is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist for a growing outpatient opportunity in Osage Beach, Missouri, in the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks region.
This is a hospital-based outpatient float position supporting approximately 5–6 area clinics within a 45-minute radius. The role offers variety, strong team connection, and the opportunity to support growing caseloads across multiple outpatient and satellite clinic locations.
Pay: $37–$45/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: Full-time
Setting: Hospital-based outpatient and satellite clinics
Location: Osage Beach, Missouri / Lake of the Ozarks region

Physical Therapist Responsibilities
- Assess and treat patients in an outpatient therapy setting
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Communicate with patients, families, physicians, and clinic staff
- Support program development, marketing, and growth initiatives
- Present in-services and collaborate with fellow therapy staff
- Assist with the general operation and success of the therapy department
- Provide care across multiple area clinic locations as part of the float role
Physical Therapist Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
- Missouri Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain Missouri licensure
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
- Interest in outpatient therapy and supporting multiple clinic teams
- New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply
