Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Nursing Home (12-Hour Shifts)

Oregon Care Center in Oregon, Missouri is seeking a compassionate and reliable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dedicated long-term care team. - Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing/long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by the physician
- Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the RN/physician
- Assist with care planning and documentation
- Perform routine nursing procedures (e.g., wound care, catheter care)
- Support and supervise CNAs to ensure high-quality resident care
- Maintain accurate and timely resident records
- Follow facility policies and comply with state regulations
- Active LPN license in the state of Missouri
- CPR certification (preferred or willingness to obtain)
- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, dependable, and resident-focused
